Understand how to use your health insurance for treatments, hospitalizations, and emergencies

Things To Do When You Require Health Services

STEP 1: Show Your MSIG Sokxay Care Card

When using health services at our network of facilities, ensure you present your MSIG Sokxay Care Card along with your Identity Card to the staff

STEP 2: Submit Your Documents

After receiving services, ensure you enclose the following documents:
Receipt
Medical Reports (diagnostic, treatment, investigation, etc.)
Discharge Certificate (in case of hospitalization)

STEP 3: Understand Your Payment Responsibilities

You are entitled to receive medical treatment under your policy. If the payment exceeds your coverage, you will need to pay the additional amount. You may also be required to cover charges for external equipment used by the health facilities

STEP 4: Direct Payment to Health Facilities

The company will make the payment for medical treatment directly to the health facilities

Health Claims Reimbursement Process

STEP 1: Choose Any Health Facility

You can use services at any health facility that is convenient for you

STEP 2: Keep Your Treatment Documents

After completing treatment and payment, retain your receipt, original medical certificate, medical diagnosis certificate, and discharge documents (if hospitalized)

STEP 3: Submit Your Claim Documents

Complete the claim form and submit the following documents:
Receipt
Medical Reports (diagnostic, treatment, investigation, etc.)
Discharge Certificate (if hospitalized)
Copy of MSIG Sokxay Care Card
Copy of bank account book (account numbers page)
• Copy of ID Card, family book or passport

STEP 4: Receive Your Reimbursement

Once all required documents are submitted, you will receive your claim reimbursement within 14 working days.
